How to reach Amsterdam Bed and Breakfast CityCenter by foot
- Inside Central Station take the exit with the sign to the city center.
- Go to the right and walk by the taxi stand.
- Before the (multi-story!) bike parking, go to the left, across the bridge.
- At the traffic lights keep going straight and you will enter a big street called Martelaarsgracht.
- Walking down this street, after 100 meters it will split in two parallel streets.
- Take the left side on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.
- Walking down this street, after 250 meters on your left you will see The Avenue Hotel (red building) at the corner of my street.

How to reach B&B Amsterdam CityCenter by Public Transport
- For more information about trains in Holland please, go to the official website of the Dutch Railways.
- Dutch Railways Company has special tourist offers.
- For more information about public transport in Amsterdam please, visit GVB Dutch Public Transport Company (take a look at daily tickets or the new ticket type called Public Trasport Chip Card).
- From Central Station all these trams go to my Bed and Breakfast: lines 2-12-13-17.
- Take the 1st stop. It is called Nieuwezijds Kolk (De Kolk).
- As the tram leaves, on the other side of the street, you will see on your left-hand side a red building called the Avenue Hotel. It is at the corner of my street.

Amsterdam Bed & Breakfast CityCenter Parking Solutions
- Because my bed and breakfast is in the center of Amsterdam, parking close to us is very expensive (3,00 euro/22 minutes) and to find a parking spot is not easy.
- If you want there is an underground parking one minute away from our bed & breakfast called Parking De Kolk
- It will cost you about 55 euro per 24 hours or 160 euro for a week (valid for the whole city center).
- Another parking options are the Park&Ride.
- You will pay 8 euro per day and includes a public transport return ticket for two persons into the city center.
- Park&Ride Zeeburg Zeeburg is at the Ring A10 exit S114. Here you will find the tram number 26 that will take you directly to Central Station.

How to reach Bed & Breakfast Amsterdam from Airport Schiphol
- The cheapest and fastest way to reach Amsterdam center is by train.
- At Schiphol Airport take a train to Amsterdam Central Station.
- It takes about 15 minutes and costs roughly 4,30 euro per person.
- The trains leave about every 10 minutes.
- A Taxi from/to Schiphol will cost you about 40/50 euro. Beware that there are many illegal taxies that tend to be quite aggressive towards tourists!
- There is also a Schiphol Hotel Shuttle bus. It takes you for 34 euro to many hotels in Amsterdam. Ask for the Avenue Hotel and you will be taken exactly to the corner of my street.

How to reach CityCenter B&B Amsterdam by car
- Coming from any direction, you can take the ring road A10 around Amsterdam.
- There you take exit S114 'Zeeburg/IJburg'.
- Follow the signs for Centrum.
- You will go through a long tunnel.
- As you come out of the tunnel, take a right at the traffic lights.
- Now drive 2.8 kilometers with the railroads on your left-hand side (Piet Heinkade).
- As you have passed the central station, take the 1st traffic light a very sharp left (Droogbak) and you pass under through the railroads.
- You have water on your left-hand side.
- At the next traffic lights go left (Prins Hendrikkade) and then at the 2nd traffic lights go right (Martelaars gracht) then after 100 meters the road splits in a Y take the left leg: Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.
- After 200 meters you see the entrance for the underground Kolk parking.
- On the left side of it, there is a red building called the Avenue Hotel. This is at the corner of my street.
