Reservations

A reservation you can do it by yourself on my reservation page. For the reservation, a personal credit card data will be asked. However, your credit card will NOT be charged. During the booking, the reservation system will ask you to agree with my cancellation policy. Please see below. Credit card details are only needed to guarantee the reservation. If you don't have a personal credit card, you can also make a reservation by bank transfer. Please contact me for more details — prices include rich Breakfast and VAT. Tourist tax 10% is not included. If you would like to pay with credit card, there is a transaction fee 3% (on the total amount). If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me by email or phone.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of three nights during the weekend is required. During holiday days and special events, the minimum stay and the price may change.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 04:00 pm till 10.00 pm only by appointment.

After 10 pm is not possible to do the check-in. Please contact me for check-in late.

In most the cases, as a personal favor, you can drop off your luggage before the regular check-in time.

Children/Accessibility

My Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children below eight years old.

Third parties are not allowed to come inside the house without permission.

The rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. I don't have any special facilities for physically challenged people, or if you have mobility problem (cause Amsterdam's stairs typically) please don't book me.

House Rules

No smoking and no use of hard and soft drugs in my house.

Every day a creamy and delicious breakfast will be served in your room. On Sunday, holiday days and special events your breakfast will be served in a restaurant close my Bed and Breakfast.

You get my house key so you can come and go as you like. Please be quiet after 10 pm.

By Dutch law, I'm required to register all our guests.

You will be held liable for any damage or lost items.

I do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please realize that you are a guest in my house.

Not obeying the house rules can mean that I ask you to leave the house.

Pets are not allowed. I have a cat (Mimma).

Payment

Payment is in cash or by credit card (Visa - Master Card).

Please take present that payment with credit cards will be surcharged a fee of 3% of the total amount as transaction fee.

I'm going make a reservation on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation, 15 days before your arrival day.

That reservation will be unblocked on the check in day , after the payment.

In case of cancellation before 15 days your arrival day the reservation on the credit card will be unblocked

On cancellation after 15 days will be applied my cancellation policy. See below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 15 days before arrival: No charge.

Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival: We will charge 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date: We will charge 75% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival and no show: We will charge 100% of the total amount.

I highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your trip.

After that, your credit card will be charged with a 5% surcharge for the credit card transactions and administration fees.
